Return Policy

Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 15 days from the date of receipt.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. ( )

We will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue you a full refund.


- All return items should be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging (or equivalent).

- The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment approximately 3-5 business days following receipt.

Return fee

The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item, as well as the cost of exchange shipping, except in circumstances of defect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided using the tracking link for the customer to investigate.
